MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Mindfulness is such a beautiful tool in the midst of difficulty and overwhelm, as well as in joy and community. Numerous studies show the benefits of mindfulness including: reducing stress, improving wellbeing, enriching relationships, improving coping, and finding more joy.

Nature and Forest Therapy, or Forest Bathing as it is also known, is a researched based practice that supports health, happiness and wellbeing. On the walk, the guide offers invitations to awaken your senses and allow you to connect in a deep way with yourself and the natural world.
